Sayo Team ("we", "us", or "our Team") thanks you for choosing Sayo, our mobile application (the "App"). Protecting your personal privacy is a core commitment in our operations. · Device Specifications: Device model, operating system version, IP address, and unique hardware identifiers. This ensures compatibility, maintains security, and delivers consistent performance.
Without additional action from you, we may gather:
· Tracking Data: Using standard tools (cookies, web beacons) to monitor your preferences, improve services, and assess your interaction with the App.
· Technical Logs: Session start/end times, browsed App pages, and technical errors. This helps resolve issues quickly and enhance service stability.

· View/Update Data: Access your profile settings in the App to check or modify your personal information.

· Opt Out of Marketing: Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or adjust App settings to stop receiving promotional messages.
Your information supports key efforts to improve your App experience, including:

· Develop new features and optimize Sayo’s overall performance.
· Mandatory Alerts: Critical updates (password reset instructions, login confirmations, account security notices) that cannot be opted out of.
· Optional Marketing Messages: Promotional content you can stop receiving at any time—use the unsubscribe link in emails or adjust App settings.
Sayo is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 17. If such data is found, we will delete it immediately.
· Aggregate data to identify usage trends and guide future App development.
· Share non-identifiable data with analytics partners to further enhance the user experience.
We never sell your personal information. However, we may share it in limited cases:
· With Third-Party Service Providers: External partners (e.g., cloud storage firms, analytics companies, communication platforms) access your data only to complete tasks on our behalf. These partners are legally bound by strict confidentiality rules.
· For Legal Compliance: We disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the safety of Sayo users and the public.

· No Biometric or Facial Recognition
Sayo does not collect, store, or process any biometric identifiers. The app does not perform facial recognition, map facial features, or create identity profiles from user photos.
· Purpose of Image Processing
Uploaded images are used exclusively to generate AI-based captions. The AI analyzes visual content to suggest relevant, creative text, but does not analyze, store, or track individual facial characteristics for any other purpose.
· Temporary Data and Local Storage
All processing occurs locally or in a secure, temporary environment. Once the caption is generated, any transient data is immediately deleted. Original images remain on your device and are never transmitted or retained externally.
· User Control & Deletion
Users have full control over their photos. Both the uploaded images and generated captions can be saved, reviewed, or deleted at any time. When a user chooses to delete an image or caption, it is permanently removed from the device, with no copies retained by Sayo.
· We use layered technical safeguards to keep your data secure:
· Encrypt data during transmission to prevent unauthorized access.
· Restrict data access to only team members with job-related needs.
· Establish backup and recovery systems to avoid data loss.
Your Role in Security: Keep your account credentials (e.g., password) confidential. Avoid clicking suspicious links or engaging with phishing attempts.
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. For significant changes:
· We will notify you via in-App alerts or emails.
· Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
